Revamped the Insights layout and deployed a number of small fixes:

- Revamped the Insights page layout, making the filter/search options collapsible to allow users to view more table data
Fixes
- Fixed an issue in which some custom policies would now show on the policy page
- Fixed an issue with enumeration of multiple custom policies on the Insights page
- Fixed an issue in which the Insights page would not automatically refresh after certain alterations to the favorites lists
