This month, we released a new feature called Manual Audit, designed to address regulatory requirements that can’t be automatically tested using normalized data fields. Now, teams can identify regulations that require manual checks, set testing frequency, generate testing samples, perform the audit process and log results, and track compliance performance over time.
In addition, we have released an updated stock Decisions dashboard, which provides better insights into regulatory compliance at the regulation level and by new operational categories.
New Auditor Features
- Population identification – Auditor automatically identifies the relevant loan population subject to a given regulation
- Define your desired audit frequency at a regulation level – see statuses for on track, off track, and planned audits that are coming due
- Automatically produce a randomized sample of loans for an audit, using methods for 10% of the loan population or 95% confidence interval
- Conduct and log the results of your audit at the loan-level, including upload of evidence and note entry
- Automatically calculate audit pass rates, which you can see at a regulation level on the manual audit dashboard
- Control user permissions, allowing for custom configuration of which users can see, start, and complete manual audits
New Decisions Features
- New stock dashboard released with improved analytics insights, including:
- Regulation pass rates by type
- Month over month pass rate comparisons, organized by operational category
- Overall pass/fail trends for the last 12 months
- Top/Bottom 5 regulation pass rates
